〜ね / 〜よ
sentence-final particles
ね seeks agreement ('isn't it?'); よ supplies information the listener lacks. Overusing よ sounds pushy.

今日は暑いですね。
きょうはあついですね。
It's hot today, isn't it.
あそこにありますよ。
あそこにありますよ。
It's over there, you know.
