〜時に
at (a specific time)
に attaches only to times you can point to on a clock or calendar. Never with 今日, 明日, 毎日, 今.
Examples
七時に起きます。
しちじにおきます。
I get up at seven.
日曜日に映画を見ます。
にちようびにえいがをみます。
I'll watch a film on Sunday.
